SC Asks Wife to Seek Financial Assistance for Husband’s Surgery Under National Policy - 17.08.2021

Supreme Court has asked a wife seeking financial assistance for her husband's lung transplant to make a representation under the National Policy formulated by the Government of India in 2021 to assist persons in need of financial aid for serious ailments.
