SC Stays Coercive Steps by NGT Over Discharge of Untreated Waste into Water Bodies - 16.08.2021

Supreme Court has stayed any coercive steps by the National Green Tribunal against the Municipal Commissioner or Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai in connection with the issue of discharge of untreated waste into the sea, creek and river bodies.
