Kerala HC: Enforcement Directorate Can Prefer a Writ Plea Against State Government - 13.08.2021

Kerala High Court has held that the Enforcement Directorate can prefer a writ petition against the State Government despite being a statutory body since its Officers were empowered to exercise powers under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002.
