Conditions and manner of providing exit opportunity to dissenting shareholders

The Securities and Exchange Board of India notified the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) (Second Amendment) Regulations, 2016. The amendments insert Chapter VI-A, ‘Conditions and Manner of Providing Exit Opportunity to Dissenting Shareholders’ to the Regulations, 2009.
