Kerala HC Stays Functioning of Justice V.K. Mohan Commission Investigation into CM - 12.08.2021

Kerala High Court has stayed the functioning of the Justice V.K. Mohan Commission appointed by the State government to investigate whether there was any conspiracy or deliberate attempts to implicate Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan and other senior functionaries in the diplomatic channel gold smuggling case.
