SC: NCLT/NCLAT Has No Residual Equity Jurisdiction While Dealing With Resolution Plan - 11.08.2021

Supreme Court has observed that there is no residual equity based jurisdiction in the Adjudicating Authority or the Appellate Authority while dealing with the resolution plan approved by the Committee of Creditors.
