SC Imposes Costs on Police Constable for Dragging Trial for 14 Years - 10.08.2021

Supreme Court has imposed a cost of Rs. 1 Lakh on a police constable who is accused of murdering his wife, for misusing the legal system and dragging the trial of his case for 14 years.
