Allahabad HC: Lodging of FIR Even on Basis of Involvement of Person in Single Case - 10.08.2021

Allahabad High Court has observed that the lodging of a first information report under the Uttar Pradesh Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986 even on the basis of involvement of a person in a single case, is valid and permissible.
