SC Directs NOIDA to Pay Compensation to Land Owner Who Was Dispossessed Illegally - 09.08.2021

Supreme Court has directed New Okhla Industrial Development Authority (NOIDA) to pay compensation to aggrieved land-owners who were dispossessed of their lands without following due process.
