Calcutta HC Grants Interim Bail to Chairman Gautam Kundu in Rose Valley Chit Fund Scam - 09.08.2021

Calcutta High Court has granted interim bail to Gautam Kundu, the former Chairman of the Rose Valley group of companies who had been arrested in connection with the alleged multi-crore Rose Valley chit fund scam that is currently being investigated by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) and the Central Bureau of Investigation.
