Madras HC Issues Notice on Plea Seeking Reopening of Exclusive Transgender Clinic - 06.08.2021

Madras High Court has issued notice on a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) seeking the reopening of the speciality transgender clinic at the Rajiv Gandhi Government General Hospital, Chennai. The Court has directed the State through the Dean of the concerned hospital to file a status report in this regard within 4 weeks.
