Delhi High Court Issues Notice Seeking Strict Compliance of Scavenging Law - 05.08.2021

Delhi High Court has issued notice to the Centre in a PIL seeking strict compliance of Prohibition of Employment as Manual Scavengers and Their Rehabilitation Act, 2013 in order to prevent loss of lives due to manual cleaning of septic tanks and sewers.
