Delhi HC: No Clarity Whether Buffer Stock of Medical Oxygen Maintained for Third Wave of Covid - 05.08.2021

Delhi High Court has observed that there is no clarity as to whether Centre and Delhi Government have created a buffer stock of liquid medical oxygen (LMO) in the national capital to deal with the anticipated third wave of Covid-19.
