Madras HC Imposes Stay on Office Order Directing Suo Matters to be Listed Before Bench of 3 Members - 05.08.2021

Madras High Court has imposed a stay on an office order issued by the Registrar General of the Principal Bench of the National Green Tribunal (NGT), which had directed that suo matters having pan-India or inter-state implications will be henceforth listed before the Principal Bench of at least three members.
