Kerala High Court Quashes Administrative Tribunal's Order to Extend PSC Rank List Validity - 04.08.2021

Kerala High Court has quashed an order issued by the Kerala Administrative Tribunal (KAT) extending the validity of the Last Grade Servants (LGS) in State till 29th September, 2021. The Court has observed that it was unnecessary to extend the validity of the PSC rank list any further, considering that it has already been extended once.
