SC: Power of Governor to Commute Sentence to Override Restrictions u/s 433-A CrPC - 04.08.2021

Supreme Court has observed that the power of Governor under Article 161 of the Constitution of India, 1949 to commute sentence or to pardon will override the restrictions imposed under Section 433-A of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 (CrPC).
