Delhi HC Directs to Publish Comments of Ajay Kumar Gupta in Plea for Broadcasting Defamatory Episode - 03.08.2021

Delhi High Court has directed Zee News, Sudhir Chaudhary and DNA India to take comments of businessman Ajay Kumar Gupta and publish on their platform within 5 days while hearing a suit seeking mandatory injunction for allegedly airing a false and defamatory episode about him and his family members.
