Delhi HC Seeks Property List over Plea Challenging Rent Act’s Legality - 22.02.2016

Delhi HC, while hearing petition challenging legality of the Delhi Rent Control Act on ground it is an archaic piece of legislation violating fundamental rights of landlords, has sought to know number of properties under rent control in the city.
