Delhi HC Issues Notice on Plea Challenging Delhi Excise Policy 2021 - 28.07.2021

Delhi High Court has issued notice on a petition challenging Delhi Excise Policy 2021 insofar as it reduces the minimum age for consumption of liquor in the national capital. The Court has asked the counsel appearing for Delhi Government to seek instructions in the matter and file a counter affidavit by the next date.
