Delhi HC: Formulate Insurance Policy for E-Rickshaws - 22.02.2016

Delhi HC has directed Delhi Government to formulate an insurance policy for e-rickshaws, in a move to enable accident victims to claim compensation and put restriction on plying of battery-operated vehicles without registration.
