Madras HC Extends Interim Orders Till August 31 Except For Orders Pertaining to Encroachment - 28.07.2021

Madras High Court has observed that the life of all interim orders shall be extended till 31st August, 2021 except for orders pertaining to encroachment matters. The order was passed pursuant to the initiation of suo moto proceedings by the Court in Re: Extension of Remand and Interim Orders on May 17.
