Gujarat HC Questions Gujarat State Government for Detaining People for Possession of Remdesivir - 28.07.2021

Gujarat High Court has questioned the Gujarat State Government for detaining people under Prevention of Anti-Social Activities, 1985 (PASA) for possessing a few Remdesivir injections, while finding the act of distribution of 5000 injections by political party to be in "accordance with the law".
