Delhi High Court Seeks Reply on Pleas for Increasing Crematoriums/ Burial Grounds - 28.07.2021

Delhi High Court has directed the concerned authorities to file their replies to a batch of petitions seeking directions for dignified burial/cremation of dead bodies in wake of Covid-19. The Court has granted time till 6th September, 2021, for filing of a fresh status report/ counter affidavit in the matter.
