Delhi HC Asks for Centre Response on Issuance of New Passport to Transgender Woman - 27.07.2021

Delhi High Court has asked the Centre to respond on a petition seeking issuance of a new passport to a Transgender woman with the required changes in name and gender without insisting on the production of sex-change certificate.
