Supreme Court: Second-Hand Flat Buyers have Same Rights as Original Allottees - 23.07.2021

Supreme Court has observed while providing major relief to homebuyers who purchased flats from original allottees but were not delivered the apartments that a builder cannot deny the right to get possession within a reasonable period of time and that they were also entitled to get a refund of their money.
