NGT Imposes Rs 50 Cr Fine on 5 Illegal Miners in Saharanpur - 19.02.2016

National Green Tribunal (NGT) has directed five persons involved in illegal mining in Saharanpur area to pay an environmental compensation of Rs 50 crore, payable by each for and on behalf of the 13 mine lease firms held by these five men.
