NCLAT Stays Vedanta Group’s Winning Bid for Videocon Industries - 20.07.2021

National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) has stayed Vedanta Group’s winning bid for debt-laden Videocon Industries after an appeal by dissenting creditors that were unhappy with the value realised through the administered resolution.
