Delhi HC Directs to Present Petition Challenging Delhi New Excise Policy Before CJ - 19.07.2021

Delhi High Court has directed that the petition challenging tender conditions of Delhi Government's New Excise Policy 2021-22 be presented before a bench headed by the Chief Justice, which is already dealing with other pleas challenging the said policy.
