Gauhati HC Asks Advocate General to Consider on Operation of Child Friendly Courts - 19.07.2021

Gauhati High Court has asked the Advocate General to take up to issue with State Government so that a child friendly Court is made operational at the earliest in the State for dealing with Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 cases.
