Kerala HC Extends Term of Present Judicial Members in Kerala Administrative Tribunal - 16.07.2021

Kerala High Court has extended the term of the present judicial members in the Kerala Administrative Tribunal, permitting them to continue to hold their offices subject to the upper ceiling age of 65 years, to avoid the functioning of the Tribunal coming to a standstill.
