Delhi HC Directs Centre to Share Memorandum on Deportation of Illegal Migrants - 16.07.2021

Delhi High Court has directed the Centre to share in a sealed cover its office memorandum pertaining to the deportation of illegal migrants from Bangladesh. The Court was adjudicating upon a plea filed by three Bangladeshi nationals seeking to be repatriated to their country of origin after being allegedly abducted and brought to India.
