P&H HC Grants Bail to Accused Booked Under UAPA Act - 16.07.2021

Punjab & Haryana High Court has granted bail to an accused booked under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967, while noting that though allegations against him are serious, however, the same are not established in the charge sheet.
