DGFT Amends Forms ANF-2C to Reduce Exporter’s Regulatory Compliance Burden - 16.07.2021

Director-General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) has amended the ANF-2C to reduce the exporter’s regulatory compliance burden. The DGFT has deleted paragraph 2.96 (b) of HBP, 2015- 2020 which reads “exporter shall furnish quarterly return /details of his exports of different commodities to concerned registering authority. However, status holders shall also send quarterly returns to FIEO in the format specified by FIEO.”
