Gauhati HC Directs State to Provide Benefits to People Entitled Under Food Security Act - 15.07.2021

Gauhati High Court has directed the State Government to provide benefits and services to people entitled under the Food Security Act, 2013, observing that the poor have been hit the hardest during the Covid 19 pandemic.
