Delhi HC Directs CBSE to Consider Plea Seeking Refund of Exam Fee of Cancelled Board Examination - 15.07.2021

Delhi High Court has asked CBSE to consider as representation a petition for refund of fees collected by the authority for conducting class 12th Board examinations, that were cancelled vide order dated 1st June, 2021, on account of second wave of Covid-19.
