Calcutta HC Issues Notice in Mamata Banerjee's Election Petition Against Nandigram Results - 15.07.2021

Calcutta High Court has issued notice to Suvendu Adhikari, the elected candidate of BJP on the election petition filed by West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee challenging the election of Suvendu Adhikari from Nandigram and has directed that the records and papers in relation to the election be preserved during the pendency of the petition.
