Delhi HC Issues Notice in Plea Seeking Removal of Chairman of Delhi Minorities Commission - 14.07.2021

Delhi High Court has issued notice in a plea seeking removal of Mr. Zakir Khan from the post of Chairman of the Delhi Minorites Commission alleging that he misused his powers and position to influence others and acted as an agent of Aam Aadmi Party. The Court has issued notice to the Delhi Government, Delhi Minorites Commission and Zakir Khan accordingly.
