Madras HC: RWA Liable to Pay GST on Member’s Monthly Contribution - 14.07.2021

Madras High Court has held that the Resident Welfare Association (RWA) liable to pay Goods and Services Tax on the members’ monthly contribution, only on the amount exceeding Rs.5000 / Rs.7500 and not on the entire amount.
