AAR, Karnataka: GST to be Paid Only on Difference in Amount on Second Hand Gold - 14.07.2021

Authority of Advance Ruling (AAR), Karnataka has ruled that Goods and Services Tax is to be paid only on difference between selling price and purchase price of Second Hand gold jewellery purchased from individuals not registered under Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017.
