Delhi HC Directs Saket Gokhale to Take Down Alleged Defamatory Tweets Against Lakshmi Puri - 13.07.2021

Delhi High Court has directed RTI activist Saket Gokhale's defamatory tweets against former Indian Assistant Secretary-General to the United Nations, Lakshmi Puri, calling her a "black money hoarder" etc with respect to a disproportionate assets allegation to be taken down within 24 hours, failing which Twitter Inc. has been directed to take down the tweets.
