Orissa HC Seeks State's Response on Availability of RT-PCR Testing Facilities in Rural Areas - 13.07.2021

Orissa High Court has sought response from the State government in a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) seeking urgent directions to ensure the availability of RT-PCR (Reverse Transcription Polymerase Chain Reaction) testing facilities in rural areas of the State. The Court has directed the State to file a report addressing the measures undertaken before the next date of hearing.
