SC Issues Contempt Notice to Suraz India Trust Chairman Rajiv Daiya for 'Scandalizing' Letter - 13.07.2021

Supreme Court has issued contempt notice to Suraz India Trust Chairman Rajiv Daiya for scandalizing the Court, stating that it was clearly an endeavour to browbeat the Court and the Court will not countenance the same.
