Chhattisgarh HC: Under Trial Prisoners in Cases of Anti-National Activities Not Entitled to Release - 12.07.2021

Chhattisgarh High Court has observed that the under trial prisoners who are facing trial for offences investigated by specialized agencies, cases involving riots, anti-national activities, etc., are not entitled for release under the High Powered Committee Guidelines.
