Calcutta HC Stays Arrest of Ex-TMC Member in 13 FIRs Registered Against Him - 12.07.2021

Calcutta High Court has restrained the West Bengal Police from arresting a Bharatiya Janta Party Leader, who was earlier with TMC, in connection with 13 FIRs registered against him within a span of 30 days just after the announcement of West Bengal State Assembly results.
