J&K HC: Not Standing Up for National Anthem May Amount to Disrespect - 12.07.2021

Jammu and Kashmir High Court has held that not standing up for National Anthem or singing it may amount to disrespect and failure to adhere to the fundamental duties as enshrined in the Constitution, however, the same is not an offence under the Prevention of Insult to National Honour Act, 1971.
