Allahabad HC Rejects Plea Seeking Quashing FIR Against Secretary of Gareeb Nawaz Masjid Committee - 09.07.2021

Allahabad High Court has rejected the plea filed by Secretary of the Gareeb Nawaz Masjid Committee, Mohammad Anees and a local resident of Barabanki, Mohd. Naeem seeking quashing of the First Information Report (FIR) registered against them by the Uttar Pradesh Police.
