Delhi HC: Occurrence of Cause of Action Determining Factor to Attract Jurisdiction of Court - 09.07.2021

Delhi High Court has reiterated that the occurrence of cause of action at a place is a determining factor both under section 20 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 and section 134 of the Trade Marks Act, 1999 to attract the jurisdiction of the Court at such place.
