Bombay HC Asks Government to Explain on Delay in Filling Up Vacancies in SHRC - 09.07.2021

Bombay High Court has asked the Maharashtra Government the reason for delay to fill up vacancies in the Maharashtra State Human Rights Commission (SHRC) while hearing a Public Interest Litigation that claims 50% of the posts are vacant.
