Madras HC Directs to Establish Portal to Track Delay in Considering Representation of Detenues - 07.07.2021

Madras High Court has directed the State of Tamil Nadu to establish a dedicated web portal and use technologies such as e-mail, fax or WhatsApp to track the movement and avoid delays, taking strong objection against inordinate delay in considering the representation of the detenues.
