Madras HC Directs to Ensure New Buildings are Constructed with Access to Persons with Disabilities - 06.07.2021

Madras High Court directed the Tamil Nadu Government to make sure that no new buildings in the state are constructed or sanctioned without ensuring access for persons with disabilities, including toilets and other facilities.
